Ubiquitous

Another unfortunately ubiquitous sight in urban parks are these red-eared sliders; an invasive turtle.

I say unfortunately as these are often released unwanted pets, that then stack up as they breed like rabbits and really have no local predator to keep them in check. they demolish all other pond life, and whilst they can look quite cute all stacked up on branches, they give me the shivers as they clearly are after world domination and have tamed us already.
