The wonders of macro.
I find it very interesting to look closely at environment macro shots like the one below where I then find a whole host of other tiny little creatures that I had not noticed before. I was taking the picture of a Fishing spider eating a baby common toad.....just look around and see how many other insects and bugs you can see. All those aphids and other winged insects on the leaf and on the stalks, and even one facing off with the spider itself. Its a big world for us, an even bigger stretch for the spider, but a lot of these pond creatures are less than 3mm long!
