Shoo fly, don't bug me now

This is a true fly, of the order Diptera, which means - two wings.

They only use one pair to fly tho, as the hindwings have evolved into advanced mechanosensory organs known as "halteres" which balance them and aid in their acrobatics, or more appropriately aerobatics.
