The Alexandrine Parakeet.

The rose-ringed parakeet (Psittacula krameri) is a medium-sized parrot in the genus Psittacula, of the family Psittacidae. Its native range is in Africa and the Indian Subcontinent, but now, as I have found in Hong Kong (go see them in Kowloon Park) and London parks too, it it is now introduced into many other parts of the world where feral populations have established themselves and are bred for the exotic pet trade. In fact this species seems to thrive in urban areas....and can be found in Kowloon park in Hong Kong...
