When mosquitoes are sprayed some escape and live to reproduce, which they do quickly. Unfortunately the predatory insects killed have a much longer life cycle and don't rebound quickly - like dragonflies. After a few weeks it's time to spray again, as it has not worked, as all the predators have been killed. And this passes on through the food chain into birds, small mammals, reptiles, amphibians with devastating effect. Spraying near schools cannot be healthy either.

There are many records and results where companies/local government has fogged an entire city, but then later everyone complained the mosquitos got worse. As it only kills about half the adult mosquitos, the next day more mosquitoes hatch, but not more dragonflies, and other predators. Let alone the bees and the other essential pollinators; and of course the beautiful butterflies. The damage to the ecosystem is immense.

In 2020 there was one recorded incidence of Dengue, and this was imported. The claim that this is due to the intense spraying is completely unsubstantiated. You might as well say it is due to the glue traps they use with horrific by-catch.
