This is the wonderful Malaysian dead leaf mantis, aka the Malaysian leaf mantis, which is not found in Hong Kong, but live in Thailand, Java, Borneo, Indonesia, Sumatra and the Malay Peninsula. These are found on the forest floor among dead leaves, and like a nice tasty cockroach.
I like this pictures as you can see a small ant on her left eye.
