Here are two of the UK's less seen snakes...first off, this was the first time for me to see the The smooth snake (Coronella austriaca) a non-venomous snake.
Then we have the lovely little vipers/adders, which are venomous.
A fat little juvenile, that must have eaten recently....
An adult, much darker, with those fierce looking eyes....
Another juvenile....
