Not all Cobras are black

...and not all ratsnakes are brown. I have seen a "golden" chinese cobra, and was lucky enough to find this juvenile chinese cobra, that as you can see is quite brown in colouration, with a fantastic pattern on his hood.

A real little cutie, but please do not try this at home. It has taken years of experience to understand these deadly snake behaviours, and also I had a very skilled snake wrangler on hand to keep me safe while I took pictures.
