Hmmmmm, after the previous BSAP was so useless and the govt not even acknowledging that they missed EVERY SINGLE ONE of the AICHI targets I am inclined to caution, disbelief, and..mutter mutter humbug. Especially when I witnessed the fiasco of biodiversity destruction due to mismanagement at Lions Nature Education Centre (sic). Which still continues. And do see this page out of my book WILDCREATURES OF HONG KONG which also gives a link to the HKBWS video and summation of previous govt. efforts with regard to biodiversity.

So what has changed? AFCD has never acknowledged their failures to date, so without that willingness for truth and reflection, along with a public body that can actually oversee their work, will anything change?
