herping overseas

I went herping in Bangkok a couple of weeks ago, and saw something I do not see every day….a snake predating a snake…. I believe this is Jodi’s Pipe Snake (aka: “Red-tailed Pipe Snake”)

chomping down on a suitably named Skull-Faced Water Snake also known as the Puff-Faced Water Snake. Makes you wonder how they fit it all in!
