Birdworld is a mainly captive bird "zoo" https://www.birdworld.co.uk/ which is near me in Surrey, UK. They do a fair amount of conservation work and also public education, but perhaps it is geared mainly for entertainment; I will let you be the judge. This provides me with a place to practise my wild bird portrait skills...and in particular the challenge here is to shoot through the fine mesh that they cover most of the cages with, and also work with a better background than their habitat provides.
