Look how time flies...its almost Christmas! The wonderful thing about a high frame rate in modern cameras is when you keep your finger pressed on the shutter (or release cable) and you can get a series of images.

Here an azure winged magpie, that I have been trying to shoot for ages in mid-flight, with a sequence below. But not, as i had hoped, the red-billed blue magpie, which is even more impressive....must try harder!
