A UK moth...found in my garden in surrey....this is the appropriately named Buff-tip moth (Phalera bucephala)
such a cool moth, it disappears in its natural habitat next to small broken off twigs on a larger branch/twig. Amazing camouflage.
One photo taken at night when I found him, and the other the next morning.....
