The problem with butterfly books, field guides and Apps is that they only ID the butterfly...so i am often left wondering what various bonkers looking caterpillars eventually turn into.
Case in point is this one featured above......this is actualy Parasarpa dudu, AKA the white commodore, which is a species of nymphalid butterfly found in tropical and subtropical Asia.
