Lizards in Malaysia

And now for a few lizards...all Geckos. This is the quite rare banded Gecko, also in picture 3.

This is the wonderful cat eyed Gecko, having a nap, and yes, she is gravid (with eggs) The cat gecko is a species of gecko found in Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Cambodia and Thailand. It is the only species within the genus Aeluroscalabotes. It is commonly called the cat gecko because of its habit of curling up with its tail around itself when it sleeps, similar to a cat.

My new flash diffuser makes night into day, with little glare or specular highlights.
