Sitting at home, just doing some flower photography, as you do when its peeing down with rain most of the day....
I thought i would be clever and backlight this lovely slipper orchid , designed to get certain insects to move through its "bowl" by replicating aphid eggs.
well, i did have this chappy flying around in the house, so with a bit of coaxing, there he is on the tiny inside of the orchid.
but wait, what is that below the main bugs head? something even tinier? find out tomorrow....
